We are The HI-WINDERS CAR CLUB of Mt. Bethel, Pa

The club's roots go back to Drag Racing at the old Mountain View Speedway, called The Sticks, in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, where some of our original members got the idea to form this club. Through the years our club evolved to a more hot rod and muscle car oriented group, although a few members are still dedicated drag racers. We are a tight knit group and are always willing to help a fellow member with their car project.  Many of us build our own Hot Rods, as well as keep them in top shape.  We enjoy going to the local cruise nights and car shows, to show off our cars and share some camaraderie.

One of the objectives of the Hi-Winders Car Club is to raise money to help people in the Slate Belt area.  We support The Boy Scouts, help families with sick children, and also give an annual merit award to a deserving automotive student at the Career Institute of Technology to enable them to continue their education in the automotive field. Our major fundraiser each year is the Sticks Reunion Car Show. With the tremendous help from sponsors, Sticks Reunion has been a huge fundraising event.

We strive to promote Honesty, Integrity and Harmony to the club and Community.

Most of all to keep Drag Racing off the streets and on the tracks where it Belongs.
